Azita never wants to eat breakfast, so I thought I’d do something fun this morning since we are going to Monkey Joe’s early-ish with a friend and I want her tummy full.
Whenever bananas are about to go bad, I pop ’em in the freezer to make ice cream at a later date.
So thismorning I put three large bananas in the food processor. You let it blend for a while and it becomes the consistency of soft serve.
I added dried, organic cherries and chocolate chips for added fun and some pumpkin seeds for protein sprinkled on mine. I might try blending in raw cocoa powder next time and see if it comes out like chocolate ice cream. I thought of grating some fresh coconut since we have some but I’m lazy.
