Raw Key Lime Pie
Note that this is not a recipe I made up. Google raw key lime pie and you will find many recipes similar… I read them all, and this is what I made.
2 cups almonds
1 cup raisins
a little honey
blended until sticky and formable in food processor.
Push into a pie plate to form
Juice of about 8 limes (you’ll need to do this to your taste and the siz of your limes, mine weren’t actual key limes).
A little honey to taste
Blend in food processor or blender, and let chill in freezer for 4 to 6 hours.
Garnish with fresh berries if you can!
Gluten Free Flat Bread
1/2 cup potato starch flour
1/2 cup sorghum flour
1/4 cup chickpea flour
add water until its the correct consistency to shape
little bit of olive oil
Pan fry in olive oil
You can add more or less chickpea flour depending on how you like the flavor– it is the strongest tasting flour in the recipe.
